I am excited to introduce myself as a dedicated candidate running for Constable-Precinct 4, here in Burleson County.
I am proud to say that I’m a highly decorated Operation Iraqi Freedom - Combat Veteran. I served in the United States Army, 1st Cavalry Division, 1st Air Cavalry Brigade. After earning many service medals and awards, was honorably retired on July 25th, 2012.
My journey into public service began 36 years ago in 1987 when I started as a police explorer in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. I have a combined total of over 25 years in law enforcement, firefighting, EMS, military, and security management. I am passionate about serving others as public servant and a Christian. My journey into public service began 36 years ago in 1987 when I started as a police explorer in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. I have a combined total of over 25 years in law enforcement, firefighting, EMS, military, and security management. I am passionate about serving others as public servant and a Christian. With a deeply rooted commitment to safety and public service, while upholding the highest standards of integrity, morals, and ethics. I have been a lifelong conservative Christian, and have never changed political parties, or deviated from my beliefs.
I previously served for many years with the Caldwell Police Department as a patrol officer, to include duties as their training coordinator, firearms instructor, courtroom bailiff, mental health officer, code enforcement officer, and as a Field Training Officer. Along with serving with the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office for several years reaching the rank of Lieutenant, while responsible for the largest budget, almost 2 million dollars, in Burleson County. While with BCSO I held positions and extra duties such as: Senior Patrol Deputy, Field Training Officer, Mental Health Officer, TCOLE Instructor, Training Coordinator, and Jail Administrator. Currently, I am the Chief Deputy with the Snook City Marshal’s Office, and a volunteer firefighter with the Somerville Volunteer Fire Department.
I have been honored to serve the communities where I’ve lived for the last 36 years as a volunteer firefighter and emergency medical technician. Currently, I am a volunteer firefighter with the Somerville Volunteer Fire Department.
