A Lifetime of public Service

My journey into public service began 36 years ago in 1987 when I started as a police explorer in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. I have a combined total of over 25 years in law enforcement, firefighting, EMS, military, and security management. I am passionate about serving others as public servant and a Christian. With a deeply rooted commitment to safety and public service, while upholding the highest standards of integrity, morals, and ethics. I have been a lifelong conservative Christian, and have never changed political parties, or deviated from my beliefs.   

I previously served for many years with the Caldwell Police Department as a patrol officer, to include duties as their training coordinator, firearms instructor, courtroom bailiff, mental health officer, code enforcement officer, and as a Field Training Officer. Along with serving with the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office for several years reaching the rank of Lieutenant, while responsible for the largest budget, almost 2 million dollars, in Burleson County. While with BCSO I held positions and extra duties such as: Senior Patrol Deputy, Field Training Officer, Mental Health Officer, TCOLE Instructor, Training Coordinator, and Jail Administrator. Currently, I am the Chief Deputy with the Snook City Marshal’s Office, and a volunteer firefighter with the Somerville Volunteer Fire Department.
